These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl0 ("jl0," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jl0 online gaming platform available at jl0.app, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the jl0 platform, or placing any wager or bet through jl0, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jl0's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jl0 or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• Not a jl0 Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jl0 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.

jl0 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jl0 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

To access real-money games on jl0, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

jl0 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl0 account credentials, including your username and password. jl0 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where jl0 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

jl0 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the jl0 payments page, which may be updated from time to time.

All deposits are credited to your jl0 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. jl0 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which jl0 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed by jl0 within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank within three (3) business hours of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

jl0 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation, where jl0 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Withdrawals may be withheld pending the outcome of any such investigation.

jl0 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all jl0 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• jl0 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or arbitrage strategies — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.

In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of bonus terms, jl0's decision shall be final and binding.

All games available on jl0 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

jl0 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are independently certified and published. jl0 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jl0 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, jl0 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account balance. jl0 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl0 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jl0, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the jl0 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the jl0 platform.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl0 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jl0 platform without the prior written consent of jl0.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jl0 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jl0's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl0 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl0 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jl0's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jl0 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. jl0 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every player account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jl0 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, jl0 will process any outstanding withdrawal of verified funds within the standard processing timeframe.

You may close your jl0 account at any time by contacting jl0 support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jl0, you agree to first contact jl0 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jl0 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jl0 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Where jl0 is subject to PAGCOR regulatory oversight, disputes relating to game outcomes or platform conduct may also be referred to PAGCOR through its established player complaint procedures.

jl0 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jl0 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the jl0 platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jl0 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using jl0 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
